Welcome to Breakaway Junk Removal & Demo LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Breakaway Junk Removal & Demo LLC offers professional junk removal, demolition, and related services. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website. Specific terms and conditions may apply to individual services and will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments: Services must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service.

• Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

3. Payments

• Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

• Late Payments: Unpaid balances may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates: All estimates are based on information provided by the Customer and are subject to change based on actual conditions.

• Final Pricing: Final charges are determined by the volume and weight of items removed, labor required, and disposal fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: Ensure clear and safe access to all items to be removed.

• Preparation: Remove any hazardous materials or items that may pose a risk to our team.

• Ownership: Confirm that you have the legal right to dispose of all items.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following items:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos)

• Medical waste

• Explosives or firearms

• Refrigerants or pressurized containers

7. Liability and Damages

• Property Damage: While we take precautions, minor property damage may occur during service. We are not liable for such incidental damages.

• Major Damage: In the event of significant property damage, please notify us within 48 hours. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breakaway Junk Removal & Demo LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
